Our Collection / delivery Policy
How It Works
Most orders will be handed by person, or by collection or by delivery with an extra fee, depending on the distance, all deliveries over 10 miles from chard will have an extra fee on £2.00 per mile.
Our Return Policy
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or do any refunds, as all orders are personalised and done to order we cannot accept and returns
Deposit
The Information You Need to Know
We will ask for a deposit, normally 10% on order, that will be deducted from the total of your order, if you decide not to go ahead with the order we do not return any % of the deposit.
